Kongo previously worked at the World Bank Group and the International Finance Corporation, and holds a Master of Financial Technology from UNSW Sydney. Habitaly is built with a systems-architecture approach to operations — the phone line treated as infrastructure to be designed, not a feature to be bolted on.
Where Kongo works from
Habitaly is built and run from Nairobi, Kenya — 2–3 hours ahead of the UK. The working day here fully covers UK business hours, start to finish.
No account managers, no hand-offs
Habitaly is a solo operation. You deal directly with the person who builds and maintains your receptionist — not a support queue.
What if you're unavailable?
